Werribee Gorge retains a wild, rugged natural beauty. The park offers spectacular views and great opportunities for bushwalking and rock climbing. There are a variety of walks in the park. A popular walk follows the Werribee River from Meikles Point picnic area, offering impressive view of both the river and the cliff faces of the gorge. It leads to popular swimming holes, historic sites and other park features.

Welcome to Bacchus Marsh Leisure Centre where the locals come to play! Our Health Club offers a variety of health, leisure and lifestyle experiences to assist individuals in achieving their health and fitness goals in a friendly and welcoming environment. The Centre also has a two court, multi-sport stadium that plays host to many sports such as Basketball, Â Netball and Badminton and is also a great venue for events such as Expos, Festivals, Concerts and Markets. The Blacksmith’s Cottage and Forge Bookbarn is heritage listed and is on the National Estate list and has National Trust classification. It is the only publicly owned heritage site in Bacchus Marsh. Blacksmiths and their families have lived and worked on this site for over 100 years. Step back in time into the late 19th Century and see how people lived, or browse through the fantastic collection of fiction and non fiction in the Bookbarn. Visitors from Victoria, Australia and overseas are welcome. Free entry.
